Joel Torborg joined the Minneapolis CBRE Capital Markets office in 2007 and has nearly 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. Joel specializes in structuring and negotiating real estate financings for private and institutional real estate investors. During his career he has structured and financed over $2.75 Billion for his clients in 22 states, including over $2.0 Billion since 2014.
Joel has an ability to meet client’s needs by tailoring financial solutions that are unique to their property and specific business plan. Utilizing extensive life insurance company, bank, CMBS and on-book bridge lending relationships, as well as CBRE’s direct lending relationships with Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae, Joel is able to customize capital to maximize return on investments for his clients.
