John Schenk is a Senior Associate with CBRE’s IN + OH + KY Multifamily team. John is partners with Kurt Shoemaker, Zak Smith, Parker Gilmore, and Ally West, where they focus exclusively on seller representation of multifamily properties throughout the Central Midwest and Kentucky. In this role, he is responsible for listing and selling multifamily apartment complexes, underwriting asset valuations, advancing contract negotiation, and maintaining leading market prospective and expertise for his local and national clients. John and his team take a client-first approach to every aspect, assignment, and challenge, which has led them to becoming the industry leading team in the region. John began his road in 2017 with a world leading firm in New York City until joining CBRE’s Cincinnati office in 2020. He rowed crew for 4 years at Cincinnati Junior Rowing Club with an additional 4 during his collegiate years.
