Kurt Shoemaker is a Senior Vice President and team lead with the IN + OH + KY Multifamily team. In this role, Kurt focuses exclusively on the sale of multifamily properties throughout the Central Midwest and Kentucky. He is responsible for listing and selling multifamily apartment complexes, accompanying prospective buyers on property site visits, maintaining current market knowledge, and negotiating contracts Kurt holds both an Ohio and Kentucky Real Estate Salesperson license, and has been working in the commercial real estate industry for over 15 years and has sold over 30,000 units, aggregating over $3 billion.
Kurt has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), with a double major in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Cincinnati. He is a member of the GCNKAA and GDAA and on the Ambassador Board at Best Point, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping vulnerable children and families through comprehensive education, behavioral, and health services.
