Jonathan Beard is an Executive Vice President with National Partners - Northeast. Based in Baltimore, Jonathan has over 25 years of real estate experience, specializing in valuation and disposition of investment properties, land sales, and joint ventures throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.

Mr. Beard is a member of CBRE National Partners, a partnership that delivers superior strategy and execution over the industrial property life cycle. Located in the 12 key logistics hubs, the 116 investment sales and support professionals connect local market insight to a national capital markets perspective. Strengthened with a fully integrated debt platform, the National Partners Team achieves remarkable results for their national, regional and local clients. In 2022, National Partners closed 418 transactions totalling 166 million square feet with an aggregate value of $21.6 billion.

Before CBRE, Jonathan worked in development for Struever Bros., Eccles & Rouse, Inc. leading Asset Management for the company’s two million square foot mixed use portfolio. Prior to his time with Struever Bros., Eccles & Rouse, Inc., Jonathan spent over eight years with Allegis Group, Inc. where he last served as an Assistant Vice President in their Strategic Investments Group. Before his Assistant VP role, Beard completed over 80 commercial lease transactions for the firm nationwide.
