Jones Veith is a Vice President with CBRE’s Mid-Atlantic Debt & Structured Finance Team based in Washington, D.C. Mr. Veith and the Mid-Atlantic DSF Team focus on arranging senior debt, mezzanine debt, and equity for a wide variety of apartment/condominium, student housing, data center, retail, industrial, office, and other development projects. The Team is comprised of 10 real estate professionals who work to secure funds from a wide range of capital sources including Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac, life insurance companies, offshore and domestic banks, debt funds, endowment funds, sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, family offices, and other sources. Since joining the team in 2018, Mr. Veith and the Team have closed over $20B of debt and equity transactions.
Notable transactions closed in 2025 by Mr. Veith and Team include The Batley (Washington, DC), Emblem 120 (Woburn, MA), Manor Miramar (Miramar, FL), The Clarendon (Arlington, VA), the Ashton Portfolio (Newport News and Portsmouth, VA), Woods at Addison and Holly Spring Meadows (Capitol Heights and District Heights, MD), Spark Bloomfield (Bloomfield, CT), Sutterfield Apartments (Providence, RI), Mariner Bay & Crosswinds (Annapolis, MD), Eagle Creek (Indianapolis, IN), HH Midtown student housing (Baltimore, MD), Estrella Gateway (Avondale, AZ), Alden Park Apartments (Philadelphia, PA), Deering Manor (Richmond, VA), and Sanctuary South Mountain (Phoenix, AZ).
Mr. Veith began his career with CBRE as an intern in Atlanta, GA. He joined the Team immediately following graduation from Washington and Lee University. While at W&L, Mr. Veith was a member of the Real Estate Society and Men’s Lacrosse Team where he was a captain and winner of the Robert F. Lindsey Award for leadership, teamwork, and competitive spirt.
