Julie serves as a Senior Director and Practice Lead for Furniture Advisory Services. Julie developed the concept of Furniture Advisory in 2014 to solve the pain points associated with the lack of pricing transparency, awareness of cost versus value, and buying options. She has extensive experience in developing unique and strategic approaches to support clients in need of RFP and/or furniture management programs.
With a primary focus on large-scale global RFP’s and projects, Julie has a deep experience, resources, and data to provide recommendations regarding bidding, buying and distribution options.
Julie participates in MSA development and reviews SLA’s to confirm all align with best practices and are meaningful and measurable.
Since 2014, the Furniture Advisory team has worked on RFP’s and projects valued at over $1B in 76 countries on 6 continents. The volume of data garnered from the RFP responses are essential in how Furniture Advisory develops negotiation strategies that consistently deliver cost reductions, transparency, and value. The combination of the RFP strategy and negotiations process has allowed us to achieve and demonstrate an average savings of 17%.
