Kelli Snyder is an Associate at CBRE and a member of John Zanetos and Chris Penrose’s team, located at the firm’s headquarters in Downtown Los Angeles. The team is one of the region’s leading office leasing teams, representing both occupiers and landlords throughout the Greater Los Angeles area, assisting with complex real estate transactions and providing creative real estate solutions. The team works with a wide variety of clientele, include institutional and private investors, large corporations, financial institutions, law firms, and entertainment and tech companies. Kelli’s primary responsibilities include business development opportunities both on the occupier and landlord side throughout Los Angeles.
Previously Kelli was an Associate at Cushman & Wakefield in their Downtown Los Angeles office. Kelli worked on the capital markets and leasing team with a focus on office, hospitality and ground up development. Kelli has been involved in several large transactions from both a capital markets and leasing standpoint, including assisting CitizenM with the purchase of their Downtown LA site at 4th & Spring, the sale of the Santa Fe Lofts at 121 E. 6th Street, the 208,000 SF Union Bank renewal at 445 S. Figueroa Street, and the 110,000 SF Spotify lease at At Mateo in the Arts District.
