Kevin Coyle is a Manager in CBRE’s Debt and Structured Finance division. For the first two years on the team, Mr. Coyle assisted with the closing of Agency (Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac) loans. This allowed him to develop an in-depth understanding of the Agencies’ product offerings.
After the first two years on the team, Mr. Coyle has since co-led the team’s Advisory practice, which focuses on sourcing Non-Agency financing solutions for deals where Agency loans may not be the most appropriate fit. Mr. Coyle has deep relationships with Life Companies, Banks, Debt Funds, and Credit Unions, which allows him to interact with various capital sources to find the best financing solution for the team’s clients.
Additionally, Mr. Coyle leads the team’s JV Equity efforts to have a pool of LP Equity options (for construction, recaps, go-forward acquisitions, etc.) that may be available for clients looking for such LP Equity needs.
