Kyle Widener is an Associate for one of the region’s leading office brokers, Blake Mirkin, representing
both occupiers and landlords throughout the Greater Los Angeles market. With more than 2,750 sale
and lease transactions valued at over $7 billion completed, Blake Mirkin’s team is trusted to advise
on complex real estate transactions and provide creative real estate solutions, working with a variety
of well-respected clientele, from institutional investors such as Hudson Pacific Properties to tech,
media, and entertainment companies such as Legendary Entertainment.
Previously, Kyle was the lead Research Analyst at CBRE’s West Los Angeles office, where he
supported over 1,000 transactions worth over $3.8 billion in consideration. While concentrated on
office product, he also provided statistical support for Capital Markets, industrial, and film & studio
engagements across the GLA region.
Within CBRE, Kyle serves as a chair of the Rising Professional’s GLA/OC chapter and is a member of
the Tech & Media Practice Group. Externally, he is a member of the Los Angeles Commercial Realty
Association, NAIOP SoCal, and the Urban Land Institute.
Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from San Diego State University. An Order of the
Omega designee upon graduation, Kyle most notably served as Vice Chair of Financial Affairs, where
he provided operational oversight for the student government’s nine on-campus facilities valued at
over $35 million, managed student fees totaling nearly $9 million, and funded over 250 student
groups per year. He also served on the campaign team for SDSU Mission Valley, a landmark victory
for the growth of the university. The development includes 1.6 million sq. ft. of academic & research
space, a 35,000 seat football stadium, and 80 acres of open park space.
