As an industrial & logistics specialist in CBRE’s Dallas office, Landon focuses on advising growing local and national industrial users on their real estate needs. His expertise includes logistics, manufacturing, distribution and industrial outside storage solutions.
Landon is highly regarded for his ability to assist his clients with the development of strategic plans that deliver tangible growth and operational efficiency. His background in property management and portfolio strategy gives him a strong understanding of the intricacies of his clients’ day-to-day operations, allowing him to better advise and advocate for his clients throughout the real estate process.
Landon joined CBRE in 2019, overseeing the GLP (now Link Logistics) portfolio as part of the Property Management team. He later transitioned to portfolio strategy and transaction management for prominent national clients, driving expansion and operational growth across multiple markets before moving into brokerage in 2022.
