Associated Office
As a first-generation college student and second-generation American, Lili Grbavac graduated from the University of San Diego School of Business, with an emphasis in Real Estate and Marketing. Upon graduation, Lili launched her commercial real estate career as an investment sales advisor on a national net lease team at Kidder Mathews. In 2021, Lili pivoted to Slatt Capital, focusing on sourcing debt within the private client space ($1MM-$25MM). In 2022, Lili joined CBRE as a member of the Private Client Group, Debt & Structured Finance, continuing her focus on financing commercial and multifamily assets nationally. She serves as the Los Angeles lead for the team.
Lili’s prior real estate experience and education has shaped her into a knowledgeable individual of the real estate industry. She is passionate about this field of work and building relationships, which enables her to be both optimistic and driven as a professional.
