Lucinda joined CBRE in 2019 after more than 10 years of experience with residential real estate and loan origination. As a licensed salesperson and former Transaction Manager, she is well versed with handling high volume deal pipelines that represent both buyers & sellers. Lucinda currently oversees daily operations for the leasing and investment sales of commercial properties and land parcels for a team of top producing industrial brokers. She is also responsible for developing the team’s creative marketing content, social media presence, property brochures & offering memoranda.
Prior to her transition into Brokerage, she assisted the Property Management division with a 3.3 million SF portfolio of office and industrial assets scattered throughout the Inland Empire and Orange County.
