Associated Office
Madalyn Ladd is a Financial Analyst with the National Retail Partners – Midwest. Since its formation, the team has completed over 1,370 transactions containing over 200 million square feet of retail properties valued in excess of $19.2 billion. Her primary responsibilities include performing complex financial analyses, building customized Argus and Excel models, reviewing and analyzing leases and historical income and expense data, aiding in the creation of nationwide offering memorandums, and a range of other project-specific tasks.
Madalyn joined CBRE in October of 2023 as part of the NRP – Midwest team. Madalyn graduated from The University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Investment & Banking and Real Estate & Urban Land Economics in May 2023.

Since its formation in 1996, the NRP—Midwest team has completed sales of more shopping centers than any other brokerage team in the country. Each member brings unique insights, backgrounds, and capabilities to the team.
Our internal specialization allows us to advise clients in all retail formats including regional malls, neighborhood/community/lifestyle centers, outlet centers, strip centers, urban storefronts, and single-tenant net lease properties. We have executed on one-off and portfolio transactions in virtually every state in the U.S. plus Canada and Puerto Rico. The team also includes nine dedicated support individuals with key functional responsibilities throughout the marketing process.
