His Tenant Representation services include: site selection, negotiation with landlords and/or sellers, build-to-suit tenant improvement space planning, demographic analysis, traffic commute study, deep market analysis, cost of occupancy analysis, and agile real estate options. Mark also integrates CBRE’s additional tenant services such as Project Management, Facilities Management, and Lease Administration.

Mark has completed in excess of $750,000,000 in transaction volume. Mark’s services include a range of commercial real estate technology tools to help his clients protect and grow their businesses. Mark’s all-encompassing approach to mastering real estate gives him an in depth of experience that adds value for his clients and demonstrates his passion for creative deal making. He focuses on building long lasting relationships and maintaining valuable business partnerships with all of his clients. When Mark’s not working hard for his client’s he’s probably spending time with his wife raising their sons, donating time to his favorite causes, skiing, wine-tasting, or travelling.
