Throughout his career, Matt has consulted and advised many large industrial occupiers on strategic planning, headquarters negotiations, and complex build-to-suit facilities. His in-depth knowledge and experience have made him a trusted advisor in the industrial and logistics sector.
Prior to his role at CBRE, Matt had a successful career in professional ice hockey, where he was drafted to the NHL by the Philadelphia Flyers in 2005. He played six seasons under contract with the Philadelphia Flyers, Phoenix Coyotes, Washington Capitals, and Chicago Wolves. This experience has equipped him with valuable skills such as teamwork, leadership, and perseverance, which he now applies to his role in the real estate industry.
As a Senior Vice President at CBRE, Matt is committed to leveraging his expertise to help corporate occupiers and Landlord’s make informed real estate decisions that align with their business objectives. His comprehensive understanding of the industrial and logistics market, coupled with his strong negotiation skills, allows him to effectively represent his clients' interests and secure optimal outcomes.
