Since joining the team in 2018, he has been directly involved in originating, underwriting, structuring, and closing 100+ transactions totaling more than $1.5 billion in principal. Industry-leading developers engage his team to source debt and equity capital for all phases of the development process, from land acquisition to permanent financing.
Matthew maintains correspondent relationships with numerous domestic and international investors, including Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, life insurance companies, private equity funds, family offices, domestic and international banks. His deep knowledge of the capital markets enables him to tailor a transaction to his client’s needs.
