Transactions have included the sale of Unanchored Strip Centers, Grocery Anchored Centers, Single Tenant Net Lease, Regional Power Centers, Specialty Entertainment Centers and REO properties.
Matthew joined CBRE in 2006, and spent five years in the Retail Group, providing leasing brokerage services for national and regional landlords and tenants. During his tenure in retail leasing, Matthew was involved in over 140 transactions, totaling over 1 million SF and valued at over $100 million in transaction volume.
