Associated Office
Melanie began her career at CBRE in 2002 representing landlords in Denver’s northwest market. Melanie represented over 5 million square feet and 34 landlords in her role as client services specialist. Melanie completed 105 lease transactions representing $34.7 million in value. In 2007, Melanie took a two year leave of absence and joined the Peace Corps where she worked with indigenous silk weavers in rural Madagascar.
Melanie rejoined CBRE in 2009 as Transaction Manager for Occupier Advisory & Transaction Services. She relocated to Houston to sit onsite at US Oncology for a year and a half, coordinating the acquisition and disposition assignments for this national client, its 500 leases and 5M SF portfolio.
Now back in Denver, Melanie is primarily responsible for client relationships and transitioning clients to the CBRE platform and team services. Melanie also assists clients in strategizing and managing their real estate portfolios, and manages the 32-person Denver-based team.
