A twelve year veteran of CBRE, Meredith is closely involved with assignments from the early planning stages through the final move. Primarily responsible for the management of office and retail projects, Meredith is adept at procurement administration, contract management, and quality control. She functions as a key liaison between building owners, tenants, consultants, and brokers to ensure client satisfaction, on-time delivery, and superior customer service.
Prior to joining the Charlotte market team, Meredith served dedicated PJM accounts where she managed a variety of capital projects. During this time, she honed her skills in project cost analysis, risk identification and mitigation, vendor management, and move management.
While a member of the PepsiCo account team, she assisted in delivering domestic capital projects for the client with average annual managed costs exceeding $100M per year over five years.
Meredith also excels at creating high-level project deliverable programs for her clients. She is adept in the use of site assessment tools, playbooks, compliance documents, and communication strategies to streamline processes and ensure effective messaging throughout the life of the project.
Prior to joining CBRE, Meredith worked at the American Institute of Architects as an AIA Contract Documents Writer/Editor.
