Michael’s team has been the number one investment team in the Downtown Los Angeles office several times over the last decade, and he has negotiated more than $4.7 billion in sales transactions. His expertise and efforts have contributed significantly to the urban renaissance in Downtown Los Angeles. Michael’s brokerage clients include Farmers Insurance Group, GE Capital, the YWCA of Greater Los Angeles, the Hearst Corporation, and Johnston Capital Funding.
Michael also provides transaction and consulting services to corporations, financial institutions and private investors. These services include acquisition, market positioning for disposition, joint ventures, financing, financing and asset management.
