Michèle Boutet is a founding member of the Montreal Office of CBRE Limited. Involved mainly in leasing activities representing tenants, Michèle has over thirty years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
As a member of the Boutet-Lacroix office leasing team, the team provides its clients with unrivalled “Market Intelligence” and a leadership position in leasing transactions. Michèle works with local, national and international corporations to dispose of or acquire premises. Her clients benefit from her knowledge, experience and superior results. She has been involved in complex office leasing negotiations, strategic planning and in the construction/planning process to assist clients. Michèle is motivated by stimulating challenges and the desire to obtain winning results for her clients.

Based in Montreal, the team works with local, national and international corporations, helping them with any real estate needs, including leasing, selling and buying all type of assets.
The Team is led by Michèle Boutet and Pierre Lacroix, two of the founding members of the Montreal CBRE office. Michèle and Pierre are amongst the city's leading office specialists, and are widely recognized for their exceptional work ethic, integrity and objectivity. They have over thirty-five years of experience in negotiating and concluding real estate transactions.
The Team is complemented by Sophie Lacroix, Transaction Manager, Maïté Champoux, Team Leader, Client Services, and Polina Kondrashov, Sales Support Coordinator. We provide our clients with market analysis and real estate solutions using their database of market information as well as their extensive and pertinent market knowledge.
