Sophie Lacroix began her career in 2011 at Deloitte in the Certification Department as an auditor. She then specialized in transactional services, joining KPMG's Merger & Acquisition team in 2016.
Passionate about commercial real estate, Sophie joined the Boutet-Lacroix team at CBRE in January 2018 and offers transactional and advisory services, and specializes in office leasing.
As a Certified Accountant, CPA, CA, Sophie is recognized for her financial and accounting skills, but also for her professionalism, her attention to detail and her innovative ideas. Her analytical skills and work structure allow her to put forward the interests of her clients by accompanying them throughout the transactional process.

The Team
Based in Montreal, the team works with local, national and international corporations, helping them with any real estate needs, including leasing, selling and buying all type of assets.
The Team is led by Michèle Boutet and Pierre Lacroix, two of the founding members of the Montreal CBRE office. Michèle and Pierre are amongst the city's leading office specialists, and are widely recognized for their exceptional work ethic, integrity and objectivity. They have over thirty-five years of experience in negotiating and concluding real estate transactions.
The Team is complemented by Sophie Lacroix, Transaction Manager, Maïté Champoux, Team Leader, Client Services, and Polina Kondrashov, Sales Support Coordinator. We provide our clients with market analysis and real estate solutions using their database of market information as well as their extensive and pertinent market knowledge.
