Associated Office
Nicole Clackson Rossman joined CBRE in May of 2006 as a member of the commercial brokerage services team. Ms. Rossman’s primary involvement is the sale and leasing of commercial and retail properties in the Pittsburgh market. Partnered with CBRE's Executive Vice President, Kim Clackson, Nicole has become the third generation in her family to be involved in Commercial Real Estate.
The team represents over 1.5 million square feet of commercial building space and over 1,000 acres of land for sale or lease in the Pittsburgh region. Nicole has facilitated transactions in both landlord and tenant representation, and serves her clients through locating potential tenants or spaces, negotiating leases, and minimizing the overall lease-up period.
As a Pittsburgh native, Nicole offers clients significant market knowledge and strategic insight. These attributes allow her to market properties effectively to meet the needs of the commercial brokerage services team and its clients.
