Owen Littrell joined the Net Lease Property Group for CBRE in Phoenix in July 2024. As an Associate, Owen assists the team in all underwriting, due diligence, transaction management, and business development.
Owen was raised in Hebron, Kentucky, a suburb of Cincinnati, Ohio. He graduated from Arizona State University with dual degrees in Finance and Accountancy in 2024. While attending ASU, he was a member of Barrett, The Honors College, the Investment Banking Industry Scholars Program, and a recipient of the Moeur Award, ASU’s highest level of academic distinction. Outside of work, Owen enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring nature, travelling, and playing soccer.
