Prior to joining CBRE, Rebecca was the Senior Acquisitions Associate at KB Home’s Urban division. From 1999 to 2003, Rebecca was an Investment Banker at Wells Fargo Securities focusing on equity and debt offerings, as well as M&A. In addition to her CFA designation, Rebecca earned her MBA from UCLA with an emphasis on real estate and graduated from UC San Diego with a major in Economics. Rebecca currently serves on the Industrial Committee of NAIOP’s San Francisco Bay Area Chapter.
Rebecca is a part of CBRE’s National Partners team of professionals across the United States. National Partners has successfully closed market-making transactions across the country totaling over $230 billion (3.4 billion square feet) since 2010 including 434 transactions totaling 167 MSF and $22.3 billion in 2022.
