Since 2018, Mr. Robinson has transacted and consulted on assignments totaling over 68 million square feet and exceeding $5 billion in aggregate value, delivering an unrivaled depth of experience. He partners with corporate occupiers to develop and execute real estate strategies aligned with their short- and long-term operational objectives and business goals. Mr. Robinson's core competencies encompass portfolio management and optimization, strategic planning, lease and financial analysis, site selection, asset valuation, lease administration, lease structuring and negotiation, and build-to-suit development. He is recognized for formulating and implementing tailored processes that drive occupancy cost reduction, enhanced flexibility, and improved operational efficiencies. Beyond managing complex transactions and portfolios, Mr. Robinson is deeply committed to building long-term client relationships and delivering measurable value throughout the real estate lifecycle.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2014, Mr. Robinson served as Director of Research at a commercial real estate firm in Atlanta. In this role, he spearheaded the firm's research platform, conducted extensive due diligence projects, and authored quarterly market reports analyzing key trends shaping the commercial real estate landscape.
With a client-centric approach, underpinned by rigorous analytics and national market intelligence, Mr. Robinson serves as a trusted advisor, consistently assisting organizations in transforming their real estate portfolios into strategic advantages.
