Sarah Dieter is an associate with CBRE’s West Coast of Florida’s Industrial & Logistics Services team in Tampa, where she represents both investors and occupiers. She is part of a seven person team, consistently ranked as the #1 investor and occupier team in the west coast of Florida.
She joined CBRE in January 2020 and previously served as client services team lead, overseeing marketing, communications, and business development initiatives. In that role, Sarah implemented best-in-class branding and strategic programs to support investor and occupier clients across the Tampa market.
Sarah transitioned full-time to brokerage in January 2025, allowing her to leverage her deep knowledge of the local industrial real estate landscape. She has earned national recognition through the CBRE National Broker Accelerator Program and is known for her strong prospecting performance, completing more than 120 lease and sale transactions in her first year. Today, she provides strategic advisory services to a broad client base, including local and regional businesses and Fortune 500 companies throughout the west coast of Florida.
Prior to CBRE, Sarah worked as a sales and management trainee with Enterprise Holdings in the Cleveland market, where she ranked among the top performers regionally. That experience strengthened her sales, client relationship, and operational skills, all of which continue to inform her success in brokerage.
