Sarah Dieter is a member of CBRE’s Industrial Services brokerage team in Tampa, representing both landlords and tenants.
She joined CBRE in January 2020 and, prior to transitioning to brokerage, served as Client Services Team Lead at CBRE, where she spearheaded marketing, communications, and business development initiatives. During her tenure, she implemented best-in-class branding and strategic initiatives, supporting both landlord and occupier clients. Sarah transitioned to brokerage in January 2025, building upon her comprehensive understanding of the Tampa real estate landscape. Today, Sarah leverages her deep market knowledge and client-focused approach to provide expert guidance and support to a diverse portfolio of landlords and occupiers, including local and Fortune 500 companies, in the Tampa area.
Prior to joining CBRE, Sarah worked as a Sales & Management Trainee for Enterprise Holdings in the Cleveland area, where she ranked top regionally in sales performance. Her responsibilities included developing strong sales skills, managing client relationships, and honing her operational expertise; skills that have been invaluable in her transition to brokerage, where she leverages her deep market knowledge and client-focused approach.
