Associated Office
Scott Allen is a Senior Director and the Local Market Area Leader responsible for project management services for CBRE Project Management in the Greater Philadelphia region. Scott has over nineteen (19) years of experience in civil engineering consulting, real estate, land development, and construction management. Core responsibilities include managing ground up development and tenant improvement projects from inception to completion inclusive of strategic planning, visioning, contract negotiations, budget and schedule development, construction oversight, cost containment, and occupancy coordination. His focus on client communications, customer service, relationship management and project reporting contribute to the consistent delivery of world class services.
Prior to joining CBRE, Scott was responsible for full management of multiple municipal clients and infrastructure projects as a Senior Project Manager with McCormick Taylor. He has significant experience in municipal engineering, land development and entitlements, zoning approvals and construction management and has a proven track record of successful projects all while consistently exceeding client expectations.
One of Scott’s most recognizable current assignments includes the renovation of approximately 280,000 SF of the Historic DuPont Building for The Chemours Company in Wilmington, DE. The project consists of a 280,000 SF in-place renovation creating a Global HQ with a footprint on 11 total floors and includes a high-end executive floor, fully renovated historic ballroom and a two-story private entrance lobby. The project included significant workplace and change management strategies to achieve the overall goals. CBRE leveraged Fusion partnerships as well as local market relationships to drive value for the client and deliver a best in class space.
