Sean Doyle specializes in the sale of retail and net-leased properties in the Midwest. He initially began his career in property management before transitioning into brokerage in 2006.
Partnering with fellow CBRE capital markets specialist AJ Prins, Sean and his team of highly experienced professionals provide a full range of advisory and brokerage services for all types and sizes of retail real estate transactions.
Prior to joining the Retail Capital Markets team at CBRE, Sean was a First Vice President of investments for Marcus & Millichap for 10 years where he focused on transactional services for retail investors across the United States. He grew up in Bloomington, Minnesota, and graduated from the University of Iowa.

This team has been in the business for a combined total of 30+ years and has dealt with over $1 Billion in transaction sales volume. Since 2007, the team has completed over 350 transactions and 5 million square feet sold. Sean and AJ pride themselves on their collaboration with industry experts, transparency, personal touch, and attention to detail which they bring to every client interaction, regardless of the client’s level of experience with commercial property investments.
