Sofi Choi

Sofi provides global corporate real estate portfolio and consulting services to companies based in Silicon Valley and the Asia Pacific region. She serves a variety of clients through her work, from startups to the largest conglomerates in the world including Samsung and Hyundai Motor Group. Sofi’s specialties include advanced manufacturing/R&D site selection in the US and Mexico, as well as dispositions/acquisitions across a variety of asset types for high-net-worth individuals.

Sofi has spent the last 20 years in the real estate industry and brings a unique perspective from her past careers. Before starting in real estate, she worked on strategic planning and marketing in the semiconductor industry and did consulting work in the hospitality industry at both the operational and strategic levels. She has also taught hospitality and business courses for the University of Phoenix.

Fluent in Spanish, Korean, English and French, Sofi lives and breathes cross-cultural experience. In her spare time she enjoys traveling and playing volleyball. As an animal lover, Sofi also volunteers at the local humane society doing TNR (trap, neuter, release) and has two cats, one dog and three chickens at home.
