With over 22 years of experience, Steven K. Chon has established a track record of delivering exceptional solutions for corporate clients and investors. His expertise spans globally, with a focus on Silicon Valley, North America, and the Asia Pacific region. Steven executes complex real estate transactions and portfolio management projects. His clients call upon him for projects related to site selection, lease/sale negotiations, property dispositions, and strategic planning for organizations of all sizes.
From startups to some of the largest conglomerates in the world, he advises clients on establishing corporate headquarters, research and development centers, manufacturing sites, and distribution/logistics hubs in domestic and international markets. His previous work consulting in East Asia and the United States lends him a unique understanding, enabling him to bridge various cultural and geographic gaps while ensuring seamless cross-border transactions.
Steven serves a group of high-performing individuals as the co-leader of CBRE’s Korea Desk North America (KDNA), the official specialty practice group within CBRE. His team leverages the world's #1 commercial real estate platform to deliver best-in-class services for companies across multiple continents.
Steven is also a member and senior advisor of the Asia Pacific Network (APN) and serves as the senior advisor in the Bay Area. Steven actively mentors the next generation of Asian American real estate professionals within CRE. He’s fluent in English and Korean.
