Spence began his career at CBRE as a market researcher during the summers of 1989 and 1990, before being appointed as a multifamily specialist in May 1991.

Spencer Ballif began his career with CBRE as a summer market researcher in 1989 and 1990 before joining the firm full time in May 1991 as an apartment sales professional, and with more than 35 years of experience he specializes in the marketing and sale of multifamily communities with more than 100 units throughout the Las Vegas Valley. Over the course of his career, Spencer has closed transactions exceeding $9.7 billion and more than 85,000 units, using his deep understanding of market dynamics and research driven insights to anticipate trends and deliver strong results for his clients. As the primary point of contact on assignments, he leads each transaction from start to finish and conducts the majority of property tours, providing a hands on approach that ensures a high level of service backed by decades of proven success.
Adam Schmitt
Adam joined the team in 2015 and has since become a key driver of execution across financial analysis, property tours, market research, and data strategy. Since 2016, he has played an integral role in transactions exceeding $6.2 billion, building a strong foundation of market knowledge and client service. Known for his disciplined approach and command of the details, Adam helps guide deals from underwriting through closing while maintaining a high standard of performance and accountability.

Jannie Mongkolsakulkit brings more than 17 years of experience with the Las Vegas Multifamily Capital Markets Group and has contributed to over $7.4 billion in closed transactions.
