Since joining CBRE in 2019, Spencer has been a member of Jamie Hill’s SIOR, CCIM industrial brokerage team. They work closely with local, regional, and national clients on site selection, lease negotiations, acquisitions, dispositions, and development opportunities. During that time, the team has completed more than 6 million square feet of industrial assignments with over $200 million in consideration across warehouse/distribution facilities, manufacturing plants, craned manufacturing buildings, climate-controlled industrial assets, and land sales.
In Tulsa’s competitive, low-vacancy industrial market, Spencer brings a proactive approach to sourcing opportunities, solving space challenges, and helping clients move confidently and efficiently. He competed as a NCAA Division I golfer at Oral Roberts University and brings that same focus and work ethic to his clients. To enhance his professional growth, Spencer is actively pursuing the rigorous requirements for CCIM and SIOR designations.
