Synthia Taylor joined CBRE in 2023 and currently serves as Client Services Specialist for the U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets Group in Denver, CO. CBRE Healthcare Capital Markets specializes in providing healthcare real estate investors with acquisition, disposition, and recapitalization strategies, assisting healthcare providers with strategic capital planning (including monetization and capital raising efforts), and advising health systems and physician groups in the developer selection process.
Synthia is responsible for business reporting and account tracking in various databases, providing general administrative support to the HCMG, and gathering supporting documentation to complete voucher forms and process broker’s commission payments while abiding by company policies as well as local and national laws. She works closely with accounting to reconcile payments, coordinates meetings and events on and off site, arranges travel itineraries, updates team calendars, and handles expensing.
Synthia has worked in the commercial real estate industry since 2018, most recently managing over 770k SF of mixed-use flagship office tower in Downtown Denver for a high-profile national client. She has advanced experience in project management, preparing and adhering to asset management plans and annual budgets for operating and capital expenditures, vendor contracting and relationships, and creating and maintaining detailed administrative processes and procedures to drive efficiency and accuracy. With over 12+ years of customer service experience, Synthia is committed to cultivating lasting business relationships built on respect, loyalty, and trust, with careful attention to detail, and ensuring timely, thoughtful communication to clients.
