Tiffany is a Vice President and member of CBRE’s Land Services Group, a specialty group of professionals focusing solely on the sale and leasing of land sites. In her role, Tiffany represents buyers and sellers looking for properties to develop or invest in. Assisting clients with all types of land including residential, industrial, office, retail, hospitality or mixed use, Tiffany works in conjunction with other commercial brokerage specialties to stay up to date on current market trends, pricing and growth in the Triangle region. In addition to her sales and leasing activities, Tiffany assists clients with understanding the highest and best use for sites, property evaluations and preliminary entitlement questions. Tiffany and her team have assisted in brokering the largest land sales transactions in the region including being awarded for top sales in 2023, 2022, 2018, 2017 and 2015 by the Triangle Business Journal’s Space Awards.

Tiffany began her career at CBRE in 2014 as a marketing specialist focused on industrial and land assets before moving into a brokerage role. Prior to CBRE, Tiffany started her career in commercial real estate in 2012 as a brokerage assistant with Avison Young (formerly Grubb & Ellis). Before moving into commercial real estate, Tiffany worked in wealth management as a trust administrator with Wells Fargo and Bank of America Private Bank (formerly U.S. Trust), where she managed a portfolio of trusts, estates, and brokerage accounts for high-net-worth clients.
