Harrison is an associate with CBRE | Raleigh’s Land Services Group. As a broker, he provides support in facilitating land sales with the capability of representing both buyers and sellers. His area of expertise spans throughout the Triangle region and farther into the quickly growing secondary and tertiary markets.
As a lifelong Raleigh native and UNC-Chapel Hill graduate, Harrison has had the opportunity to develop a keen understanding of the local market. Prior to joining CBRE | Raleigh, Harrison worked as a broker/development associate with Fuller Land and Development. As a development associate, he participated in ensuring the successful development of single family, townhome, and multifamily sites. He also provided land acquisition and buyer representation services to several builders operating within the Triangle region. Having participated on the acquisition and development side, Harrison is able to leverage his experience for the benefit and enhanced representation of his clients.
