Tyler Montgomery is a dedicated real estate transaction professional for Team Famous - CBRE's Global Retail Advisory and Transaction Services group. a 5-person team helping retail brands, franchisees, and corporations with their global expansion rollouts. With a primary roll in pre-lease abstraction, transaction administration, and client relations, he has assisted with coordinating the desired market growth of several global retail brands.
Prior to joining CBRE, Tyler studied Urban and Environmental Planning at West Chester University earning his Bachelor's in 2022. After graduation, he spent time as a residential real estate title processor for Title Alliance and became a Notary Public for the commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
In 2023, Tyler transitioned to CBRE in Radnor, PA, to work alongside Brandon Famous, Tesa Gerhardt, and Gillian Carmichael. The current client list includes Nordstrom Rack, PGA Tour Superstore, Tom's Watch Bar, Cigars International, D1 Training, STRONG Pilates, Playa Bowls, Russell Stover, Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming, and Mister Car Wash.
