CBRE Adds Michael Yemm to Industrial Team in St. Louis

CBRE announced today that Michael Yemm has joined the firm’s St. Louis office as an Associate. He will work with Katie Haywood, Brian Bush and Jon Hinds, specializing in the leasing of industrial properties across the greater St. Louis region.

Yemm joins CBRE following his graduation from Carthage College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in finance, marketing and management, with minors in data science and economics. During his tenure at Carthage, he completed several internships in the St. Louis market, including with Armanino LLP, where he was responsible for valuation and financial analysis assignments.
