CBRE Adds Newest Tenant to Growing Roster at Brightleaf District

CBRE has added FlowCorps to a growing list of tenants at Brightleaf District, a dynamic mixed-use development on the edge of Downtown Durham, North Carolina. FlowCorps will occupy 3,856 square feet and is expected to open by fall 2024.

This latest addition brings the North Building to nearly full capacity. Approximately 20,000 square feet of retail space remains available across Brightleaf District, including an 8,130 square-foot brick-and-beam space, well-suited for a marquee restaurant or retail tenant. Recent tenant openings include Fonda Lupita, Nikos, Paddywax Candle Bar, and Zweli’s Kitchen. Emmy Squared Pizza is expected to open in early May.

Located at the intersection of West Main and North Gregson streets in Durham, the historic buildings that make up Brightleaf District were originally constructed in 1904 by the American Tobacco Company. Asana Partners have completed a series of renovations at the Square that include upgrades to the central courtyard, landscaping, lighting, and façade improvements to enhance the 18-hour destination for the Durham community.
