Jon Stanley is Senior Vice President in Raleigh, specializing in agency leasing and tenant representation across the Carolinas, with a focus on grocery-anchored centers, power centers, and mixed-use developments. He serves as a strategic advocate for his clients, guiding them through site selection, lease negotiations, relocations, expansions, and renewals.
On behalf of shopping center owners and investors, Jon leads the development and execution of tailored leasing strategies designed to unlock the full potential of retail assets. His current portfolio spans approximately 4 million square feet from Raleigh to Wilmington, with select assignments in the Triad.
Jon brings more than 16 years of brokerage experience. Prior to joining CBRE, he held leasing roles at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), gaining valuable experience across both institutional platforms and national retail portfolios.
Recognized as a top producer in the market, Jon has been honored with the CoStar Power Broker Award for ten consecutive years (2016-2025), highlighting his consistent involvement in some of the region’s most notable retail transactions.
Jon is an experienced leasing specialist with a demonstrated history of success in commercial leasing, landlord representation, and tenant advisory. His client roster includes prominent national and regional names such as Kimco Realty, Performance Properties, Dollar General Corporation, and Visionworks.
