CBRE has been retained as the exclusive agent to market two former District Brew Yards properties for sale or lease: a 17,290-square-foot brewery and food hall at 417 North Ashland Avenue in Chicago’s West Town neighborhood and an 11,906-square-foot property at 700 North Milwaukee Avenue in Wheeling, Illinois.
