CBRE Appointed Exclusive Leasing Agent for Up to 240,000 SF of Retail, Medical and Office Space at The Villages at Terrace Greene

CBRE today announced it has been appointed the exclusive leasing agent for commercial space at The Villages at Terrace Greene, a new mixed-use apartment and townhome community under development at 102 Terrace Green Circle, which will bring built-to-suit retail, office and medical office space to Barboursville, VA. The project, developed by Atlantic Builders, will be developed in two phases.

The CBRE team of Eric Williford and Pam Strieffler will spearhead the leasing campaign on behalf of the developer.

“We are thrilled to be bringing such an exciting and high-profile opportunity to the market,” said Strieffler. “The commercial portion of the project is part of a 282,000 square foot multifamily community currently under construction just north of Charlottesville and a few miles from the Charlottesville-Albemarle airport.”

Phase I has begun construction and will offer retail spaces ranging in size from 1,200 sq. ft. to 40,000 sq.-ft. Phase II will be delivered in 2026 and include up to 200,000 sq. ft of retail, medical and office space. Both phases will offer pad sites for sale, ground lease or built-to-suit.

The Villages at Terrace Greene in Greene County is situated on 65 developable acres adjacent to U.S. Route 29, approximately 14 miles from downtown Charlottesville. The mixed-use master plan allows for flexible site options for buildings to support R&D, light manufacturing, and office space, as well as retail and residential units.
