Eric Williford is a First Vice President within CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction line of business. He is based in Richmond, Virginia and specializes in office, healthcare, and flex real estate solutions. In this role, Eric works with local, regional and national tenants and landlords, helping them assess and execute their real estate strategies. His experience includes strategic marketing, site selection, property analysis, and project lease-up, in addition to managing both sale and lease transactions.
In his current role, Eric is part of a dedicated Corporate Account Team executing several global accounts by providing strategic consulting and transaction management services. He has executed numerous transactions in North and South America, Europe, Asia, Australia, and the Middle East. Additionally, Eric has assisted his clients in major markets across the United States.
