CBRE Appoints Andrew Coleman as Cleveland and Akron Market Leader

CBRE announced today that it has appointed Andrew Coleman Managing Director and Market Leader for its Cleveland and Akron business, effective June 1. In this role, Mr. Coleman will oversee business operations and drive the offices’ growth strategy for all Advisory Services lines of business, including leasing, sales, valuations, project management and property management.

Mr. Coleman has two decades of experience in commercial real estate advisory services. He rejoined CBRE in 2018 after an 11-year tenure as Executive Vice President at JLL. At CBRE, he most recently served as First Vice President in Cleveland where he’s been a leader in its office sector leasing efforts, focusing on large investor/landlord clients and representing high-profile local occupiers in the mining, manufacturing and financial services industries.

Mr. Coleman earned a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Policy and English from St. Lawrence University in New York. He is active in the community with current and past leadership positions at various organizations, including Holden Forests & Gardens, Urban Squash Cleveland, NAIOP Northern Ohio, Downtown Cleveland Alliance and Cleveland Bridge Builders.
