CBRE Arranged Long-Term Lease at Bishop Ranch For International Advisory and Accounting Firm

CBRE arranged a 12,807 sq. ft., 11-year lease at Orchards Office (formerly known as Bishop Ranch 1) in San Ramon, Calif. for Withum, the 22nd largest advisory and public accounting firm in the U.S. CBRE’s Josh Nelson, Jon Williams and Gil Medina represented the tenant, Withum.

Orchards has three office buildings totaling over 700,000 sq. ft. Withum relocated from Canopy (formerly known as Bishop Ranch 8 at 5000 Executive Parkway in San Ramon) to Orchards (6101 Bollinger Canyon Road). Withum’s relocation within Bishop Ranch provided higher quality space and proximity to top-tier retail amenities. Withum’s leadership hired Gensler to create a dynamic office environment that attracts and retains talent.

Orchards is part of the 585-acre Bishop Ranch master-planned community with housing, retail, restaurants and offices – all within walking distance. Orchards is across the street from City Center Bishop Ranch, which includes The Slanted Door, Philz, Fieldwork Brewing, Delarosa, Mendocino Farms, Equinox and San Ramon Marriott, among other shops and restaurants.

CBRE Research found that premium Class A office space with attractive amenities continue to be in high demand in the third quarter this year, which increased Class A rents by $0.04 from Q2 2023.

Withum has 23 offices located along the East and West Coasts, including the San Francisco Bay Area.
