CBRE Arranges 14 Office Leases at The Grove in Raleigh
Property achieves 90% leasing milestone following successful redevelopment

CBRE has recently completed 14 new office leases totaling 73,541 sq. ft. at The Grove, a hospitality-driven office building project in West Raleigh, North Carolina, bringing the property to 90% leased.
CBRE’s Ed Pulliam and John Brewer represented ownership, Chartwell Property Group, in the lease negotiations.
Recognized as the region’s top office redevelopment project in 2024, The Grove has attracted a wave of new tenants over the past year. The recently signed leases total nearly $25 million in combined value and include Johnnie-O; Christina Valkanoff, LLC; Hedrick Gardner Kincheloe & Garofalo, L.L.P.; Carr, Riggs & Ingram; Martin Marietta; Elder Research, Inc.; North Carolina Association of CPAs; W. M. Jordan Company, Inc.; The Providence Group; JacobsWyper Architects; Proyco; and Ark Royal Wealth Management, LLC.

The property offers multiple amenities intended to support employee health and collaboration. The campus features 29,000 sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor amenity space, including a self-serve cafe and bar, a library, a lounge, a golf simulator, indoor and outdoor conference rooms, and outdoor workspaces. A state-of-the-art fitness center features Peloton bikes and rowers, CrossFit stations, an indoor pickleball court, a sauna, and a massage room. The Grove’s 2700 building currently has 15,000 sq. ft. available, while the 2710 building is fully leased.
