CBRE Arranges 15,000 Medical Office Lease at 400 Horsham Road in Horsham, Pennsylvania

CBRE has arranged a 15,000‑square‑foot medical office lease for Haven Veterinary Specialists at 400 Horsham Road in Horsham. The full‑service veterinary provider, offering 24‑hour emergency care and a range of specialty services, will open its new location in Q1 2027, marking its first location in Horsham.

CBRE’s Les Haggett and Scott Miller represented Haven Veterinary Specialists in the lease negotiations.

“The veterinarians in this practice have been working in the region for many years and found that there was a great need for a veterinary hospital setting that offers a combination of high-quality medical care with the personal attention not typically found in larger corporate settings,” said Haggett. “Additionally, the space at 400 Horsham Road met all of the tenant’s requirements, including a central regional location, high visibility and convenient amenities for both pet owners and employees who will operate the facility once it opens.”
