CBRE Arranges $3.725 Million Off-Market Sale of Newly Constructed Chick-fil-A in Southern New Jersey

CBRE has arranged the $3.725 million off-market sale of a newly constructed Chick-fil-A restaurant in Blackwood, New Jersey. A private investor purchased the property from Skyline Development USA, LLC, a Mid-Atlantic-based commercial real estate development firm responsible for developing the site.

CBRE’s Michael Shover, Matthew Gorman, Thomas Finnegan, Robert Thompson and Nick Holtz represented the seller in the transaction.

"Chick-fil-A remains one of the most sought-after tenants in the market due to its disciplined site selection strategy, strong operating performance and long-term commitment to its operators," said Shover. "Combined with a rare 20-year corporate ground lease and a highly visible location, those factors drove strong investor interest in this transaction."

The 5,180-square-foot restaurant was built in 2026 and is located at 400 Premium Outlets Drive, just off Route 42 and the Atlantic City Expressway, a major retail corridor that sees traffic counts exceeding 118,000 vehicles per day. The property is situated directly across from Gloucester Premium Outlets, a regional shopping center that attracts more than 2.7 million annual visitors.
