CBRE has arranged the sale of a 6.03-acre land parcel located at 500 West Collins Avenue in Orange, Calif. Bedrock Machinery acquired the land.
CBRE’s Keith Greer, Ben Seybold and Sean Ward represented the seller, a Brookfield-backed fund, and CBRE's Jeff Carr represented the buyer.
“Demand for well-located industrial land in Orange County remains extremely strong, especially for user-buyers seeking long-term control of their operations,” said Greer, senior vice president at CBRE. “This site’s freeway access, heavy industrial zoning and existing improvements made it a rare opportunity, which is why we saw such a competitive process.”
The site features a 17,000 sq. ft. two‑story office building and a 32,485 sq. ft. clear-span industrial warehouse with three ten‑ton cranes. Bedrock Machinery is relocating its operations to the site.
Situated in the center of Orange County with direct access to Interstate 5, State Route 57 (SR-57), SR-22, SR-91 and SR-55, the site is well positioned for construction‑centric operations, building supply companies, equipment rental facilities, and a wide range of industrial outdoor storage uses.
