CBRE Arranges Lease for Avantus at 655 West Broadway in Downtown San Diego

CBRE negotiated an 11,522 sq. ft. lease for Avantus, a clean energy company, at 655 West Broadway in downtown San Diego.

CBRE's Chuck Reiter, Tyler Jemmett and Anna Barnes represented the landlord, MetLife Investment Management, in the transaction, and CBRE’s Bryan Bazzi represented Avantus on the deal.

The lease was signed for a suite on the 15th floor of the property. The building's amenities were a draw for Avantus, which includes iQSmartCenter, a state-of-the-art conferencing space, Studio655, a resort-style fitness center, and deck655, an 8,500-sq.-ft.-indoor-outdoor event space on the sixth floor.

Built in 2005, the 23-story office building is currently 94.6% occupied, featuring a diverse mix of tenants.
